We will happily replace product that arrives in unsatisfactory condition or is not what you ordered. In such instances please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We cannot accept returns for custom work, such as invitations, where a proof has been approved for printing. Any errors or omissions on our part will be corrected at our expense.
