Stock levels displayed to you are accurate at the last known update; stock availability is subject to change. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

The delivery times provided by Paper-Arts are estimates only. Paper-Arts will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Paper-Arts cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
International Custom Charges
Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Paper-Arts do not have any control over these charges or unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliance. For more information please contact your local customs office. Any charges incurred are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order.
Acceptance of Orders
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 3 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Paper-Arts reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any pricing errors including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in New Zealand dollars as shown in the online shop. Your credit card company or bank may add additional charges which you are liable for. Please check with your credit card company or bank before your purchase.
Refunds and Returns
Paper-Arts will happily replace product that arrives in unsatisfactory condition or is not what you ordered. In such instances please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We cannot accept returns for custom work, such as invitations, where a proof has been approved for printing. Any errors or omissions on our part will be corrected at our expense.
If you’re having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. As we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Paper-Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the listed product at the incorrect price. Paper-Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card was charged. If your Credit Card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Paper-Arts shall immediately issue a credit to your Credit Card in the amount of the charge.
